HOW TO ORDER

YOUR ORDER WILL BE PROCESSED AS FOLLOWS

Immediately after receipt of your order, We will send our confirmation invoice
After the receipt of your order we will e-mail you our confirmation invoice which includes the appropriate shipping charge and the delivery date within two business days.
Please re-confirm your order
After receipt of our confirmation invoice please let us know whether you will accept our final offer or not. You will be given the option to cancel your order. We will wait for our delivery process and will keep the item(s) on-hold until we receive your final confirmation.
Method of Payment
(1)Credit Card
When you place an order with us your order form comes direct to us but credit card information goes direct to credit company(ZEUS). And our company cannot know your credit CARD NUMBER forever (Only Credit company knows your credit CARD NUMBER) This is the best way to protect your security.
Please do not use FREE-EMAIL address when you apply for credit card verification as the computer of Credit Card company will automatically reject your application.
Note: If you use FREE E-MAIL address the crad handling compnay will automatically reject your card verification. Please do not use Free E-Mail address.

After we received the approvals both from you and from credit company we will ship out your order immediately.

To send your money all you have to do is to put in our E-MAIL address : japan@shop-japan.co.jp
as indicated on the paypal website as "Just enter the recipient's email address"

As soon as we received the notice from Paypal we will ship out your order immediately.

(3)International Postal Money Order(Advance Payment only)
You can get "International Postal Money Order" at most US post offices.
It will say "International Postal Money Order" on it and will be pink . Don't get the green type regular money order because those cannot be cashed in Japan.
Make sure and keep your receipt. It is important that you keep the receipt.
Please fill the information below in your IMPO and we recommend registered mail for the safety.

Delivery
After receipt of your re-confirmation, we will prepare the shipping and complete the transaction. Unless otherwise requested we will deliver the item(s) by Express Mail Service(EMS). We highly recommend Express Mail Service because your package can be traced by the tracking site immediately. You can enter the tracking number and track the package for yourself using this site. By EMS delivery, you will receive the merchandise within a week or 10 days after shipment.
In case of Standard Mail both of us cannot trace after your package and it will take about 3〜4　weeks after our shipment.

Return and Exchange Information
Regarding Clothing Items,
We cannot accept returns if the packaging has been opened. Please be sure of sizing before ordering.

Regarding Other Itmes,
If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with our product, we will accept a return for exchange or for refund. Please notify us to that effect within 7 days after you receive your delivery. The return merchandise should be in original condition and packaging. Please mail your merchandise back to us via EMS or USPS (insured mail), postage prepaid, enclosing your packing slip. For more details, please contact us.
Import duties, taxes and other regulations vary from country to country. These are the responsibility of the recipient.
