HOW TO ORDER

YOUR ORDER WILL BE PROCESSED AS FOLLOWS

Immediately after receipt of your order, We will send our confirmation invoice
"Please Reconfirm Your Order" as order acknowledgement.
After the receipt of your order we will e-mail you our confirmation invoice which includes the appropriate shipping charge and the delivery date within two business days.
(This confirmation invoice is different from a copy which will be sent automatically by our shopping cargo system.)
Please re-confirm your order Please REPLY to
the acknowledgement (including shipping charge )mail.
After receipt of our confirmation invoice please let us know whether you will accept our final offer or not. You will be given the option to cancel your order. We will wait for our delivery process until we receive your final confirmation. (About Cancellation HERE)
Method of Payment

(1)Credit Card
To pay by Credit Card, please fill in Credit Card Information Form. So, you will write and receive TWO FORMS. One is for order and the other is for credit card.( A order form comes direct to us but credit card information goes direct to credit company(ZEUS). And our company will only know limited information. This is the best way to protect your security.
Please do not use FREE-EMAIL address when you apply for credit card verification as the computer of Credit Card company will automatically reject your application.

NOTE : Application will not occur "CHARGE / Payment clearance". We will charge the order amount (including freight), only after we get your reconfirmation. Payment clearance will be made within a day or two after our chargeing.

(2)Paypal
If you have PayPal account, please send the order amount to : our account email address , japan at (@) shop-japan.co.jp .
Payment in Japaese yen will be preferable for us. Thank you very much for your understanding.

As soon as we received the notice from Paypal we will ship out your order immediately.
(3) IPMO - International Postal Money Order-
(Advance Payment only)

You can get "International Postal Money Order" at most post offices.
It will say "International Postal Money Order" on it. Don't get the regular money order for domestic , because those cannot be cashed in Japan.
Please fill the information below in your IMPO and we recommend registered mail or any other guranteed mail for the safety.Make sure and keep your receipt. It is important that you keep the receipt.

**CAUTION for the order by IPMO payment**
We DO NOT accept WESTERN UNION OR ANY OTHER
MONEY ORDER / Cheques issued by BANKS.
If you wish to pay by cheques issued by banks, we will CHARGE the bankers' handling fee, 6000-yen. (We will be charged the 6000-yen at least , sometimes double or triple handling fee by banks to exchange the cheque into our bank account.) Please see the instruction about the D/D Payment.

We WILL SEND BACK the cheques issued by banks if we receive it for the order should be paid by IPMO.

Currency Converter
Delivery

We will prepare your order and will ship out as soon as possible after your reconfirmation and after your payment. We usually ship your order by Express Mail Service(EMS) usually. We highly recommend EMS (Express Mail Service) because your package can be insured and can be traced by the tracking site immediately after our dispatching. Entering your tracking number and you can track the package for yourself by the website. By EMS delivery, you will receive the merchandise within FOUR DAYS, or a week or 10 days after shipment.

In case of Economy Postal Packet (SAL) both of us cannot trace after your package and it will take about 3〜4　weeks after our shipment. Also, plase understand the Standard Mail Service is not guaranteed.

We can ship out other postal methods if you request.

DELIVERY BY UPS , FEDEX and DHL

We can ship out your orders by FedEx, UPS and DHL upon your requests. However, please understand that we can only use these carriers in case you have FREIGHT COLLECT ACCOUNT No.in those express carriers.
In this case, of course, we will not charge any freights for your orders, but instead, you have to pay the freights when you received your parcels.
* The costs for merchandises should be paid in advance (before shipment).

We are very sorry to ask you to understand but we are not responsible for any taxes and handling fees outside of Japan. Very rare cases, but the parcels are capable of being caught by spot checks by the custom office.

Return and Exchange Information

<Cancellation>
* You can cancel your order before your payment is cleared.
* After your payment clearance, you can return or exchange your order according to our "Return and Exchange"policy.
* If your cancellation was before shipment, we can refund you the shipping fee for EMS or SAL.
* We would like you to understand that we concessionary ask you to pay for some of expenses as handling fee even if your cancellation was before shipment.


<Regarding Clothing Items>
We cannot accept returns if the packaging has been opened. Please be sure of sizing before ordering. And we would like to understand that the colours are different according to each computer enviroments.

<Regarding Other Itmes,>
If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with our product, we will accept a return for exchange or for refund (for items only).

<Non-Clothings items and Un-opened Clothings items>
We will accept exhanges and returnings only in subject to the following conditions;
1. Please notify us to that effect within 7 days after you receive your delivery. (In case of SAL - economy postal air packet - , we will accept within two months)
2. The return merchandise should be in original condition and packaging. Please mail your merchandise back to us via EMS or USPS (insured mail), postage prepaid, enclosing your packing slip.
3. We accept a returning for refund in case there are no size you require or other reasons we have communicate.
