HAPPI (HANTEN)
"Happi" is a workman's livery coat. This kimono-style short, slip-over jacket chiefly worn by workmen, which commonly has the crest or the name of the employer on the back. Happi is also worn by youths during festivals, such as when they bear a portable shrine on the shoulders.
The traditional workmasn's coat is also called "Hanten"
